Orders totaling $100 or more (pre-tax) automatically qualify for free shipping!
Orders are mailed out once per week. All orders placed by midnight PST on Sunday will be shipped by the following Tuesday. Orders placed after midnight on Sunday will be shipped out the Tuesday a week later.
Shipping times below are only estimates; packages may take longer to arrive.
Domestic shipping
Orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and should arrive between 2 and 5 business days after shipping.
International shipping
Orders are shipped via Asendia and are delivered to your door by your local Postal Service. Shipping times vary by country, and should arrive 1 to 4 weeks after shipping. Door-to-door tracking information is available if you live in one of these countries.
Recipients are responsible for paying any import fees.
Packaging
Each print is carefully wrapped with the goal of making your order a joy to open. Packaging is sturdy to withstand the dangers of shipping and also to serve as a safe place to store the print if you decide to wait before framing (prints come wrapped in acid-free paper used in archival storage).
Packing materials are 100% recyclable and plastic-free. Where possible, packing materials are made from 100% recycled material with a high content of post-consumer waste paper.
Gift Giving
If you are interested in sending a print to a gift recipient, specify this when you checkout. There is an option to leave a message during the checkout process; your message will be included as a handwritten note to the gift recipient when the print is packaged.
The packaging method is the same regardless of whether an order is marked as a gift.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact the shop within 7 days of delivery. Upon approval, unwanted items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs and for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the item has been received. Refunds are equal to the original cost you paid minus the original shipping charge.
If your print is damaged on arrival, reach out within 7 days of delivery. Upon agreement, mail the damaged print back and you will be sent a replacement and refunded the cost of return shipping. If the print is part of a limited edition and no more exist, you will be refunded the cost of the print.
