This snake (へび hebi) keeps an eye peeled for signs of danger as he perches amongst the irises.

If your birthday falls in 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, or 2013, then you were born in the year of the snake and this print is for you!

Each of these works is an original handcarved and handprinted linocut blockprint, part of a limited edition of only 50 pieces. Each blockprint is handprinted on archival cotton printmakers’ paper with four hand-torn or deckle edges. Because each print in the edition is a handmade original, there will be slight variations between pieces. Each print is sold unframed.
